An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Manager for Software Ecosystem Development to take a central role in defining and driving Arm’s Infrastructure Software partnerships.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the strategies needed to establish Arm as a global leader across the various software ecosystems serving the internet infrastructure from edge to cloud.

What will I be accountable for?

  • Lead Arm’s relationships with strategic Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Develop ISV Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to establish Arm as a platform of choice for software development.
  • Drive ISV partnerships in alignment with infrastructure segments such as edge and cloud computing.
  • Partner with the product management, solutions development and performance engineering teams to craft and execute product strategies dependent upon software ecosystem for the infrastructure market segments.
  • Engage with joint customers to secure design wins.
  • Job Requirements

    What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

  • BS required with an MBA is highly preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in alliance / partner management leadership roles.
  • Consistent record of driving complex partnership engagements and developing strategies and execution.
  • High level of personal andprofessional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and lead a high-performance team passionate about accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Strategic, critical but creative problem solver, strong business sense and excellent financial skills.
  • Ability to lead, build and work within cross-functional team environments.
  • Technical cloud native software background a plus.
