Job Responsibilities :

  • Primary Skills : Integration testing Dell boomi
  • Provides stakeholders with a trustworthy expert in Dell boomi who will take their requests and translate them into the best processes to support their business needs.
  • Manage team in various time zones and ensure on time quality deliverable.
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct and execute release tests.
  • Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.
  • Review functional design document to provide meaningful and timely inputs.
  • Work with a team of developers and testers in a highly agile environment to produce quality software to customers
  • Should handle the testing and deployment of an end-to-end Dell Boomi integration projects
  • Understand client’s integration requirements through analysis, and design and develop test scenarios / scripts
  • Plan, design, implement and document and data integration processes varying in levels of complexity
  • Develop test plan specifications, test and debug processes according to plan
  • Support business testing / user acceptance testing
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers
  • Study technical documents and use them as an input for creating testing strategies / plans.
  • Create comprehensive Test Plans, describing the testing scope, strategy, techniques, approach, and test data that you will use to test new features.
  • Perform walk through of completed Test Plans with the entire sub-team. Coach and advice testers as required.
  • Should be able to construct Smoke & Sanity Testing Suite to make sure all the major functionalities are functioning as per requirement.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.
  • Review functional design document to provide meaningful and timely inputs.
  • Study technical documents and use them as an input for creating testing strategies / plans.
  • Apply the functionality knowledge and understanding to determine the impacted testing areas and come up with the relevant regression testing scope, plan, and timelines.
  • Automation assessment of the existing test scripts assigned to a release.
  • Collaboratively work with the design and development team members to resolve identified issues / bugs in timely manner.
  • Create relevant test execution reports and bug reports and use them to convey current state of feature under test.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Take a stand and share views on the quality of feature under test, back it up with necessary data and metrics, use it to provide (or not provide) release sign off.
  • Do defect analysis of bugs found in Production environment and come up with solutions to avoid these occurrences in the future.
  • Assists in training of new users and grow the Dell boomi integration skill set across the test organization.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another related discipline.
  • 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance for CRM software in a mid-large sized organization, and +5 yeas of experience as a Quality Lead
  • Experience with testing metrics and deliverables like Test Plan, strategy, approach, test case, Traceability matrix etc.
  • Experience in QA methodologies, process, and tools. Hands on experience of using tooling for Test Case Management, Defect Management and Task Management
  • Advanced English Level
  • Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

  • Preferred Dell Boomi certifications Boomi essentials, API Management, Boomi flow essentials
  • Previous Experience in handling SaaS based application testing and periodic SaaS Application upgrade testing is desirable.
  • Experience on Product Testing.
