As a member of the Global Professional Services Strategy & Operations team, you are part of a growing, high energy, innovative team of professionals who are passionate about driving success for our customers through service programs crafted to accelerate value by providing expert guidance and coaching on the most optimized implementation and configuration of solutions from the $1.
6 billion+ flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud enterprise software business.
As a Product Manager, you will :
Design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of service programs and packages from definition and planning through launch, usage, and end of life.
Work closely with sales, customer success managers, customer support, professional services delivery, operations, finance, compensation and other functions to design scalable solutions, building and executing product roadmaps.
Oversee global execution of your service programs, track KPIs, compensation achievement and payouts, customer success and product adoption programs, role excellence and enablement, and error correction.
Provide program roadmap, progress and performance updates at run-the-business meetings, and quarterly and annual planning sessions.
Drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue. During the sales process, appropriately set expectations of both the prospective client and the internal sales teams.
Lend all the support you can to getting deals closed while also professionally defending the billing rate, utilization, and profitability of the consulting team.
Facilitate day-long, face-to-face, brainstorming sessions with executives on the sales, marketing, and engineering sides of Adobe’s business.
Orchestrate stimulating brainstorming sessions, build consensus, and set realistic expectations while generating excitement and delivering results.
Analyze large and detailed, yet incomplete, data sets in order to make recommendations around business improvements.
What it takes to succeed :
7+ years of experience building, growing and managing multi-million-dollar professional services businesses.
Superb strategic and operational skill-set
Outstanding problem solving and analytical abilities, including the ability to create clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
Outstanding C-Level presentation, organization and communications skills both verbal and written (e.g., Powerpoint)
Great teammate who can collaborate with multiple partners to arrive at the best solution
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of enterprise operations fields
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Business Process Management or Document Digitization, Digital Signature
Digital Transformation and Business Process Re-engineering Strategy
