Leads and / or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Acts as Business Manager for the given business, being able to deeply understand the details of the Operation and having macro view of the business as a whole;
Provides proper insights to thrive the best-in-class cost Structure, suggesting and following the execution of the initiatives, as well as controlling its results;
Understands and aligns to the Operational teams to drive accuracy and special needs;
Owns and Provides the proper narratives to the financial results, being able navigate through the nuances of the periods analyzed;
Ensures alignment with finance and executes the tasks (flashes, accruals, narratives ) as per agreed timelines;
Drive alignment between TCOW and P&L numbers, working collaboratively with peers;
Pursues proper alignment within the region, exploring best practices and leverages between NA & LA;
Connects with the regional (LA & NA) leads to drive alignment on the criteria and narratives;
Creates a collaborative environment with related areas (finance, operations, category, CS verticals ) to drive goal attainment;
Supports the decision-making process with data & historical elements to foster best-in-class Structure, as well as assists on PMO needs and tracking of its results;
Foresees risks and financial exposures as per its early signs.
Be a key Partner in cross functional planning cycles by providing the analytics and insights to influence, drive consensus and shape decisions;
Supports & drives LTP and Budgeting process to ensure maximum accuracy of the numbers.
Education and Experience Required :
Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role .
Knowledge and Skills :
Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
Customer Support & Services business knowledge, especially for contractual customers.
Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that support business decisions
Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus.
Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
In-depth knowledge of company organization and policies, HPS services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
