What we're looking for :
As a Citrix + Wrike Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for translating the client's requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for sophisticated technology solutions and integrating architecture.
You'll act as an advocate for the client as the authority on the architecture crafted to address client business needs.
Leading the most complex professional services engagements for Citrix + Wrike customers.
Work with internal and external partners translating the customers business requirements into workable solutions with Wrike as an integral part of the end to end workstream.
Working with customers to generate reference stories, and lead standard methodology creation.
Collaborate with Wrike’s Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify short-term solutions to requests and influence product roadmap and ensure smooth handoffs before and after onboarding.
Acting as Project Coordinator for large-scale engagements, maintaining timelines, delegating to both internal and client resources to ensure timely delivery of deployment breakthroughs, trainings, and launch.
Prioritizing strategic services engagements and assisting the sales team in positioning the value of those services.
Building and configuring API integrations between Wrike and other solutions, such as BI, ERP, CRM, DAM, ITSM solutions etc.
Acting as a mentor for team members in the organization.
Self-educating on work management methodologies, efficiency, and sharing that knowledge with the rest of the team.
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of professional experience in a customer facing environment, ideally with organizations adopting new software solutions and technologies.
English professional proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact in a professional manner.
Solid understanding of Digital Transformation programs within large organizations.
Proven ability in using project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, Lean.
Demonstrable ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
Presentation skills to all levels of an organization, with the ability to convey sophisticated ideas in an engaging way, or dive into the technical detail as needed.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to collaborate with different team members within and outside your organization.
Hands on experience with one or more EA frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman or similar.
Experience with : ITIL, IT4IT, Cobit.
Passionate about efficiency.
Experience integrating multi-vendor IT systems and using APIs etc.
Solid grasp of standard business process and organizational structure.
Experience in Marketing.
