What you need to succeed

  • Design creative solutions for our channel partners to drive improvement in retention and acquisition revenue
  • Establish critical metrics for new programs and own its reporting and postmortem
  • Collaboration with finance for annual budget planning and quarterly reviews on spend and performance for our overall partner program
  • Support in designing partner incentives to support QRF gaps or business / product strategy
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics and operational support to sales teams, cross functional teams
  • Build Weekly / quarterly performance reports on partner programs
  • Identify process improvement opportunity leveraging tools and systems to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks
  • Gather standard methodologies and implementation through knowledge sharing tools & partnership
  • Experience & Skillsets

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with an emphasis on Finance, sales or analytics
  • Excellent data analysis skills : proficient at analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Excel to analyze large and complicated data sets
  • 2+ years of sales operations experience, ideally in a strategy or ops role with understanding of subscription revenue model
  • Technology experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present various ideas to our internal key partners
