    The Workday Senior Analyst is part of the GBS HR Solutions team and is responsible for assisting in the ongoing design and deployment of integrated solutions within Workday and tangential platforms that enable a simple and effective colleague experience.

    Considered a go-to functional & technical resource, this position maintains a high level of direct impact and is responsible for bringing changes to life within Workday.

    Collaboration and partnership with a variety of stakeholders is key to this role, and a willingness to forge ideas into reality is of principal importance.

    A passion for process improvement, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to discover and deploy new solutions is paramount to success.

    This individual will focus on a variety of areas in the Workday platform, including modules such as core HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.

    In addition, this individual is expected to continuously thrive and grow within the role, establishing authority and expertise around the Workday HCM core modules.


    Configure the Workday system with functional requirements as specified in approved change requests.

    Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business problems and assist in the development of creative and sustainable technical solutions.

    Participate in the testing of functional and technical changes to the Workday system

    Recommend ongoing process improvements and enhancements to the Workday system, and to a lesser extent, its related platforms.

    Work with Core Services team and local HR stakeholders, with supporting team members and Process Architects, helping to problem solve concerns and contribute to the development of integrated solutions that allow for a seamless colleague experience.

    Independently troubleshoot reported system issues by testing setup and design elements to ensure efficient operation of the Workday system

    Actively support HR initiatives through both technical and non-technical expertise to drive maximum value and benefit

    Document and Configure Workday system updates and Business Process changes


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

    3+ years of experience in process design, requirements gathering and hands-on technical configuration

    1-2 years experience in at least two of the following technical Workday areas : Tenant Setup, Absence (Time Off and Leave), Benefits, Talent & Performance, Business Process Design, Reporting, Compensation and / or Merit Cycle

    General functional understanding of the core Workday HCM platform, with ability understand end-to-end process flows

    Demonstrated technical competence, with a proven capability to independently solve problems and implement suggested and recommended solutions

    Ability to support in the execution and delivery of projects and stakeholder requests

    Demonstrated ability to consistently adhere to a broad variety of organizational standards and policies, with a relentless dedication to success

    Experience working in a broad (preferably global) environment with a variety of colleagues and / or customers

    Strong organizational, interpersonal, and partnering skills

    Solution-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
