We are looking for an HR Data Management Specialist who is responsible for processing both hard and soft copy forms and performing data input into various HR related systems / applications.

Prepares and runs regular reports / audits, as well as provides information / data upon request.

Job Role and Responsibility :

Data Entry (70% of time)

  • Global New Hire Entry Entering all information into system.
  • Global Employee data change processing (dept changes, manager changes, compensation changes, etc)
  • Global non-employee (Alternative Workforce) processing Agency Temps & Contractors
  • Audits, Basic Reporting & Payroll Audit (30% of time)

  • Review and audit Workday transactions entered by other team members using attention to detail while being mindful of critical review processes to ensure 100% accurate and appropriate processing of transactions.
  • Review and audit employee data changes, new hire entries and other information sources to ensure data integrity
  • Audit team members work to ensure data accuracy
  • Audit employee records and other employee information sources to ensure data integrity
  • Document processes and design training manuals for new HRIS system.
  • Run and audit bi-weekly / monthly payroll reports for global countries
  • Run and audit test cases for system upgrades and report back on findings
  • Required Skills :

  • 3+ yrs. of HR experience
  • BBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Strong MS Excel / Word skills.
  • Strong Outlook Skills
  • Participation in Projects and / or leading projects
  • Strong auditing skills and high attention to detail with regards to data entry.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
  • Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
  • Experience working for a global company and willing to work some evenings to attend meetings / conferences in US time zones.
  • Strong customer service-oriented attitude required.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and with time constraints.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • At least 1 yrs. experience using HRIS applications.
  • HRIS System Experience : Workday HR preferred, or other HR System (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, ABRA, ADP HR module, etc.) acceptable.
  • Knowledge of local and federal regulations pertaining to HR and / or Global knowledge a plus.
  • Having knowledge of Payroll is a plus.
