The Challenge

The Adobe Commerce Merchant Services team is looking for an experienced product marketer to take on the responsibility of leading the product marketing strategy and execution for Adobe Commerce’s new Merchant Services product offerings.

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and metrics-focused marketing professional ready to lead our efforts.

What You'll Do

Lead product marketing efforts and strategies for a variety of related product offerings from initial launch through retention programs

Develop product messaging and positioning, along with related segmentations and insights

Become a go-to specialist for the product offerings and help design our marketing roadmap

Lead joint GTM motions with our various product partners

Inform in our demand generation strategy and execution

Build relationships with our key customers and bring their voices to our products and markets

Partner with Sales and Operational teams to provide pipeline support materials

Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on the marketing plan, including PR, social media, relationship marketing, demand generation and community

Partner with Product Management to influence and refine short and long-term product strategy and roadmap, representing the voice of the customer and with attention to the competitive landscape

Monitor critical metrics and re-calibrate programs and strategy as required to ensure the most effective path to revenue and customer goals

Build and foster relationships with our key technology partners to ensure joint GTM alignment and support

Partner with the Commerce Product Marketing Team to ensure messages align to the overall portfolio messages

Leverage internal and external research, customer personas and other market and audience data to optimize GTM Strategy

What you need to succeed

Clear marketing strategy experience, preferably, with diverse sets of clients

Proven success in developing product marketing campaigns across a product’s lifecycle

Ability to lead multiple engagements, gain cross-functional alignment and project manage these groups with adherence to timelines and milestone objectives

Experience with Salesforce and Marketo

Outstanding presentation and speaking skills a plus

Knowledge of digital payments industry and offerings is strongly preferred

5+ years of product marketing or storytelling experience on a successful offering, ideally with focus on eCommerce technology or payments industry product offerings for small and mid-market businesses.

Ability to build a strategy and drive the creation of a roadmap of projects based on analysis of data, segmentation research and competitive analysis

High conviction and a strong point of view, based on a depth on audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes.

Highly organized and able to respond to requests from cross-functional and remote team with strong project and time management skills
