The Talent Acquisition team at MicroVention is a small group of professionals dedicated to identifying top talent for this fast growing organization that empowers its people to challenge the status quo.
Team members help drive the recruiting process while providing a consultative approach to clients. Our goal is to also provide the best possible candidate experience.
The Sr. Recruiter will report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and be responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating new and creative ideas.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the growth and development of the organization, and will help ensure we are hiring the best possible talent by executing on the recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, organizations and employees, while coordinating and implementing university / college relations initiatives.
The Sr. Recruiter will work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to help develop compelling job descriptions, prescreen candidates, conduct interviews, facilitate post-interview calibration process, and work with Business Partners to develop and extend offers, conduct reference / background checks, and assist with the candidate onboarding process.
The Sr. Recruiter will also assist in University / College Relations initiatives by actively participating in the company’s internship program, and building relationships with faculty, administrators, students and alumni on various target campuses throughout the nation for direct hires off campus.
The successful candidate will also be involved in various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, dimensional interviews, metrics / measurements, technology, branding and social media.
