The Paid Services team is looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and seasoned Program Manager for its Training Division to help create and lead our Costa Rica New Hire training initiatives as we rapidly grow our participating Seller Partner base.
We want a Program Manager with passion to innovate, who enjoys training and developing others, and who likes to tackle complex ambiguous projects.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, instructional design experience, and training delivery and will :
Act as the Paid Services lead for all operations trainings.
Develop and create training content for account managers and operations specialists.
Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and video training to account managers and operations specialists.
Assist with the change management process to create necessary trainings to deliver prior to the release of the change.
Actively manage the SIM process and track execution of outstanding SIMs that are related to training.
Develop systematic approach to track and measure training success
Create feedback loop from all trainees for constant and continuous improvement
Work with key internal global stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective training content
Travel required 15%

The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-
paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. The candidate must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
4+ years developing, delivering, evaluating and measuring training within a corporate setting
Demonstrated experience creating and launching training programs for adults
Experience designing and developing instructor-led content with technical subject matter content
Adult learning methodology expertise, including delivery, assessment, evaluation and how to maximize the assimilation and retention level of the audience
Proficiency in MS Office : Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
Exceptional communication skills : must be a poised, confident and engaging presenter of a wide variety of topics in a range of settings, including delivering to large, and remote audiences
Ability to work under time pressure and meet performance goals
Exceptional organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of multiple training projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Learning and Development or relevant experience
CPLP or other learning / training certification
Knowledge of Retail & Marketplace
Experience in adult learning theory and how it is put into practice in corporate learning with the ability to do full learning needs analysis
Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations
Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
Prior data analysis experience preferred
Experience with Learning Management System infrastructure, producing content / assessment questions and performing administrative tasks and data reports
