Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are expanding our team in Costa Rica looking for consultants who are passionate about leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide world-class Customer Experiences (CX).

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Develop sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through Avtex offerings
  • Present project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations
  • Assist business development with project requirements; Develop related estimates and aids in completing the Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Demonstrate concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account
  • Conduct related needs analysis and gathers client requirements; Successfully install, configure, deploy, customize, and test solutions for multiple clients
  • Demonstrate leadership responsibilities on projects of various sizes, for example, may assist the team manager with project identification and assignment as needed;
  • Ensure consultants are aware of timelines associated with assigned tasks

  • Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and share that knowledge internally and externally via white papers, blog posts, and social media
  • What You Bring to the Role

  • Up-to-date Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification, and / or willingness to pursue
  • Demonstrated experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment, having completed multiple end-to-end implementations
  • Experience in one or more of the following functions : Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, and / or Customer Insights
  • Hands on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and / or other CRM applications with willingness to learn MS CRM
  • Experience working with Agile development, preferred
  • Understanding and ability to assist or lead CRM on-premise upgrades and migrations to Dynamics 365
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new features and functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform stack
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft’s Dynamics including but not limited to work experience with large / enterprise companies and providing high level CRM consulting services to clients at all levels of within an organization
  • Familiarity ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft
  • JavaScript experience, preferred
  • Experience working with the Common Data Service (CDS)
  • Additional Skillsets

  • Experience implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft’s Dynamics including but not limited to configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc.
  • Experience implementing, configuring and customizing PowerPlatform including but not limited to PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification preferred
  • Possess background in one or more of the following functions : Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, and Customer Insights
  • JavaScript experience preferred
  • Experience working with the Common Data Service (CDS)
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new features and functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics and PowerPlatform stack.
  • Ability to determine when to use out of the box Dynamics features versus custom code
  • Understands and can assist or lead CRM on-premise upgrades and migrations to Dynamics in the cloud.
  • Understands data migration and integration to and from Dynamics
  • Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox and North52
  • Familiarity ETL solutions such as Scribe or SSIS with KingswaySoft
