Job Description :
This person needs to understand Supply Chain processes and get involved in diverse analysis to understand operational trends that will impact AMS P&L.
Diverse background in Inventory Management. Responsible of day-to-day operations related to backlog and a variety of tasks related to Supply Chain spare parts lifecycle to ensure efficiency.
Also acts as a Liaison between the Geo Organization and Global operational teams. Engage in cross-functional, and cross regional team, looking for efficiencies and standardization on regional processes.
This person needs to be a self-driving person that can develop and innovate analysis and reports with short information, using all data sources available.
Be innovative on developing new tools, reports and data analysis that will help Material Management better understand the day to day financial and operational trends.
Education and Experience Required
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
Typically 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, sales, customer service, procurement or financial management
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong problem solving, and analytical skills.
Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer / partner requirements
Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements, Lean Methodology is a Plus
Knowledge in other HPE tools such as Hyperion, SPM, Salesforce is a plus
Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated team and project management skills
Ability to Multitask independently and Prioritize based on Urgency and deadlines
Understands the concepts of Planning, purchasing, and Cost Management
Reactive problem solving Abilities
Project management and Finance knowledge are a plus.
Responsible of day-to-day operations for their specific parts portfolio, related to a variety of tasks related to Supply Chain spare parts lifecycle to ensure efficiency
Responsible of monitoring the completion of Operations and Cost Management tasks, such as SPT approvals, as well as performing the analysis of their specific parts portfolio
Follow and fix Master Data discrepancies affecting Material Accounts.
Investigate and find improvement opportunities when changes in material disposition significantly impact financial accounts.
