The role Provide Level 3 support to internal and external customers on SNOW Software You implement, configure and manage the SNOW License Manager, SNOW Inventory and Service Gateways.

You help the customer to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding licences and, depending on the requirements and solution approach, you create the respective technical drafts in preparation for the implementation.

You lead technical workshops for the customer's IT contact persons and provide assistance and support for all questions on the topic of SNOW.

You carry out so-called "health checks" on the SNOW tool that already exists or is hosted by SoftwareONE. You act as an interface between the provider support and the customer's contact persons in order to ensure smooth technical support.

What we need to see from you You already have practical experience as a service desk employee, client & server administrator and / or in a remote support team.

You have a certification as a Base Technology Engineer and / or are certified in SNOW PLATFORM ESSENTIALS and SNOW INVENTORY ADMINISTRATION.

In addition, you have knowledge in the use of various SAM tools, in particular the SNOW software. You have experience with different IT infrastructures, especially with Windows servers, SQL servers and databases.

You work in a structured way and are well organised. You have strong analytical and communication skills. You speak fluent English, German skills are nice to have.

Ideally, not mandatory, you have first experience with ITIL and Powershell.
