We are seeking an experienced product manager to join our Discovery team and help with the mission of making the new user onboarding a delightful and personalized experience for our users.

For many of our Creative Cloud users this journey starts by downloading and getting setup in one of our iconic applications, ranging from Photoshop to Adobe XD.

As part of this role you will own the application download and setup journeys that span across all our Creative Cloud offerings (e.

g. Individual, Photography, Student...) and channels. You will use growth techniques informed by data to identify intent and drive creative success for our users.

This is a critical role and you’ll play a key part in improving the lives of millions of creatives by making it easy to discover and get started with our Creative Cloud applications and services! Our hardworking team of designers, developers, and product managers work hand-in-hand to build consistent and meaningful experiences across dozens of products.

What you’ll do

  • Help streamline and build new product experiences for our Creative Cloud users to identify their intent and get setup with Adobe applications in a frictionless way
  • Provide a personalized and efficient application setup process that increases downstream engagement. Conduct experimentation to optimize journeys.
  • Make it easy for both new and existing users to download applications from our App Catalog. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve their journey.
  • Work closely with other product teams across Adobe (e.g. Commerce, Identity, to deliver a seamless and world-class journey for our users
  • Use data, customer, and competitive insights, and industry best practices to find opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences.
  • Always be aware where the creative product market is going.

  • Work with design, other product managers, and engineering teams across Adobe to bring experiences to life that are long lasting and reflect a deep sensitivity to consumer needs.
  • Understand and manage metrics to analyze the impact of activities and projects, and refine as needed to create an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive the roadmap, feature prioritization and the development process for features on Download and Install team
  • What's needed to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
  • Track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion
  • Experience driving engagement in a consumer product focused role
  • A metrics driven approach to product development, feature prioritization, and ability to make sound business decisions backed by data.
  • Hands-on experience with using data to make decisions, driving instrumentation, funnel / cohort analysis and A / B testing
  • Passion for user-centric design and experience, and the creative space.
  • Ability to form and maintain close partnerships and relationships with other product partners, as well as excellent communication skills
  • Startup mentality and the ability to break down complex problems
  • Bachelor's degree or higher. MBA preferred.
