The Jr Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support to the full range of the recruiting and selection cycle and functions within NI Costa Rica.
You will provide professional recruiting services, supporting a broad cross-section of recruiting and delivery needs ranging the entire organization.
You will support all areas of the recruiting process from sourcing to initial contact to the hiring of qualified individuals.
The Jr Talent Acquisition Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and placement of people with the right character and competence to deliver the organization's goals and objectives
Support regional recruiting and strategy as needed.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and candidate qualifications required to fill open opportunities and provide guidance where additional market knowledge is needed
Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage volume for greatest efficiency
Source and identify appropriate candidates for positions, primarily through networking, direct recruiting, job fairs and managing recruiting relationships with universities and technical high schools, as well as through the use of such tools as job boards, internet searching and advertising
Understand the business functions, including competencies, KPIs, culture and career path in order to most effectively deliver the right candidates
Interview and qualify candidates against defined criteria, provide feedback on candidates, and refer appropriate candidates to hiring managers for technical interviews
Drive job fair participation, including planning, preparation, attendance and tracking results
Partner with HR Business Partner to define appropriate compensation requirements, including helping to establish market and industry standards by experience and position
Use all established tools and processes to ensure a consistent recruiting and hiring process
Own communication with candidates, including initial contact, progress updates, interview scheduling, and rejections where necessary
Create, manage and maintain all candidate support documentation, statements of work, offer letters, reference checks, etc.
Regularly summarize and communicate recruitment metrics to leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Oral and written English proficiency.
1-2 years of related recruiting experience for a variety of departments and careers within a multinational organization
Demonstrated intense drive for results and proactive approach to work assignments
Strong knowledge and proficiency Identifying appropriate sourcing strategies and leveraging volume for greatest efficiency
Ability to effectively conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, etc.)
Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills
Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively
Ability to follow all the recruiting and selection procedures
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Strong track record of IT recruiting is a plus
Experience with Taleo is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is a plus
