DTS HR Business Platform Product Manager - Total Rewards

The HR Business Platform Product Manager drives a high performing team to develop new approaches / solutions for new or existing HR employee platforms and vendor managed solutions.

This leader partners to shape and prioritize HR stakeholder needs and drive business value from a global perspective including measuring the delivered value for the global platforms.

Key Accountabilities :

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career, these responsibilities include some of the following :

Management and strategic oversight of HR Total Rewards product platforms used by Kimberly Clark’s HR organization which includes Workday, multiple benefits and payroll vendors, and Service Now.

Information and Digital Technologies Leadership - Represent the face of IT to the customer.

Identify technology opportunities which provide strategic / tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting the business.

Define, analyze, and deliver business initiatives in accordance with business and IT priorities and annual budgets.

Key Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

8-12+ years of Professional experience with 5+ years of equivalent experience in information technology leading large, remote, global teams

Experience managing teams and the delivery of Workday & payroll applications / products- Total Rewards area strongly preferred (Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll (ADP, UltiPro, etc)

Demonstrated skills in application delivery, client relationship management, strong sense of urgency in delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment

Experience and knowledge developing strategic planning, leadership, and organization delivery for new platform rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications (maximum of 3, optional)

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

B.S., B. A. degree. A master’s degree in a related field

Leading efforts regarding digital Transformation. Comprehensive understanding of UI design, APIs, RPA, ecosystems, Artificial Intelligence
