Senior Process Lead Costa Rica

In the role of Senior Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal / external audits and process compliance.

Location for this position is Costa Rica

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in any career stream
  • At least 6 years of working experience in related areas to the job description.
  • Preferred

  • At least 6 years of experience in Contract management.
  • Experience in Contracts drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
  • Support Product Management / Marketing to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions.
  • Provide guidance on contract matters to Category Managers or other operational staff, including training to new Tactical Sourcing Managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
  • Assistance to the legal team in order to review the Contracts language (Drafting) in order to identify possible risk for the Sourcing Managers negotiation and facilitates to the Bank clear rules between them and the Service Suppliers.
