General Duties and Tasks
The IT Project Manager takes responsibility and is a proactive self-starter capable of working with minimal direction.
Able to work with other strong individuals and not afraid to address issues, comfortable speaking with IT and business leadership / executives.
The IT Project Manager is a well-organized, articulate communicator (written and verbal with good interpersonal skills.
The IT Project Manager understands project, product, waterfall, and agile methodologies and can navigate between various work efforts using varying methodologies.
He / She / They have responsibility for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of assigned work efforts.
The IT Project Manager coordinates communication with all areas that impact the scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks.
Must have Skills :
Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools including Agile Methodologies.
Standard project Management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to drive day-to-day activities for self and for the team toward successful implementation or task closure.
Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions.
Nice to have, but not required :
Project Management or Agile certification (3+ years)
Experience on tools like ServiceNow, PPM, OKR Methods
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
EXP : 3+years
