The Opportunity

The Route to Market Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe and support superior execution by the sales organization.

You will partner directly with the Global internal and BPO sales teams and ecosystem, reporting into the Senior Manager of Sales Velocity.

You will drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Mid Market and SMB Digital Media business.

You will think strategically but will also follow through in execution and operations. You can drive detailed analysis but can also synthesize your findings into executive level communications.

What you'll Do :

  • Partner with business owners to understand priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success
  • Advisor to Sales and Operations leadership, providing data-driven insights and guidance for short and long-term strategic decision making and investment
  • Define and drive critical initiatives focused on improving business performance
  • Develop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals .
  • Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
  • Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions
  • Optimally handle risk, partnering with colleagues to make decisions at the right time. Ensure accurate communication occurs and resources are intelligently adjusted to reflect fluctuations in goals and requirements.
  • What you need to succeed :

  • Experience working in a matrixed enterprise organization
  • Strong analytical background, with ability to think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently
  • Be decisive, organized, detailed, a planner, and effective at managing time across multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple resources and expectations to support the implementation of highly visible programs
  • Adept at problem-solving and can use influencing, relationship, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills to find and resolve roadblocks
  • Bring creativity to an environment that cultivates experimentation to consistently innovate
  • Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity with minimal supervision
  • Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and a contagious passion to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, and their use across customer segments is desired
