Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes. You’ll always be thinking about how to enhance existing metrics and reports and you will work with other internal departments to improve operational risk controls.

You’ll take pride in becoming a subject matter expert for specific tasks and processes. You’ll define and document fraud governance processes.

You’ll be in charge of operationalize and oversee fraud governance processes. You’ll manage document and audits related processes and tasks.

Also, you’ll evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes. You’ll be responsible for the fraud product requirements and backlog.

So, you’ll resolve the fraud audits and fraud related customer advocacy operations. You’ll interact with other internal departments and interaction teams for different projects.

You’ll be in a cross functional team and you’ll work with vendors, service providers, and financial institutions around the globe.

data and metrics driven mindset and you’ll be an expert in E-Commers and market trends . Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is exclusive.

SQL and HQL queries are desirable. You’ll need experience in managing audits and reports, business process re-engineering experience is a plus.

Also, you’ll need strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
