The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping customers learn how changes to their product, marketing experience, and customer service workflows can influence business outcomes?

Our Adobe Target product team is seeking a hardworking leader for the product management team building test and experimentation features of Adobe's next generation of cross channel engagement.

We are a geo-distributed Product team that build, and deliver intuitive UI experiences to define, analyze, and optimize test and experimentation results.

We focus on building solutions that deliver the next best messages, experiences, journeys, and products to customers of an experience business.

What You’ll Do

  • You will lead a talented product management team to define and deliver the product roadmap of feature capabilities in Adobe Target and Journey Optimizer.
  • Work closely with Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to conceptualize, prototype, and validate new features.
  • Translate customer feedback and sophisticated workflows into prioritized product requirements with detailed user stories.
  • Use business evaluations and market analysis to scale and innovate over iterative releases.
  • Present product strategy, features, and concepts to key influencers, senior leadership, and customers.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop customer presentations, product documentation, and other content assets to bring features to market.
  • What You Will Need to Succeed

  • People management and team building experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate ideas, business rationale and implications to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience with Adobe Target features that explore, measure, and optimize omni channel marketing is required.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in A / B / N, multivariate, and multi-armed bandit testing is crucial.
  • 1-3 years of product management experience at a technology company, preferably in the marketing technology space.
  • MBA preferred or equivalent business experience.
