Right now, we are looking for a People Journey Lead to join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to :
Lead the people journey (HR admin / ops) team.
Help define processes, methodologies, and work standards but also always work to improve existing processes.
Bring new and fresh ideas to the team / relevant stakeholders.
Proactively keep all relevant people informed on the progress of individual and team’s tasks.
Possess autonomy to perform day to day tasks without constant supervision.
Involve management when relevant / cross decisions have to be made.
Teach, coach / mentor team members (Upskilling & Reskilling).
Find suitable mentors for the technical team.
Be responsible for end to end processes related to onboarding, induction, exits; tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, etc : support all labour compliances related to PF, Gratuity and others, support benefits such as medical and term insurance, administer leaves process.
Start taking backend ownership of similar activities and be ready to support these activities for other locations when needed.

Graduate Degree with some post graduation in Psychology / HR field.
Relevant experience in similar positions, exposed to all areas related to this role.
Experience leading teams and being a hands-on person.
Experience handling senior stakeholders and interacter / supported employees directly.
Experience working with global teams.
