Responsible for leading a group of Industrial Engineers (IE) to plan production capacity and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production capacities and resources.
Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems, including virtual factory capacity and resource optimization to meet schedules and cost target with other ATM sites.
Responsible for Costa Rica ATM IE organization.
