IT Recruiter sourcing, screening, coordinating technical interviews and technical test with candidates and hiring managers from all over the world. Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in our HR systems.
• Uses recruitment system to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion.
• Keeps constant communication with vendors regarding recruitment.
• Follows up with candidate to provide supportive documentation and signed contractual documentation needed for hiring ad on boarding. .
• Coordinates with, Hiring Manager, Candidate and HR Manager “first day” logistics to the new hire.
• Assists in any additional HR assignments.
