The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a product manager to help build a world-class community and education experience within the Lightroom ecosystem of applications! We're looking for someone to help create an engaging, rewarding, and inspiring community to help photographers connect with each other and increase customer satisfaction and retention, as well as create a fulfilling in-app learning experience.

What you'll Do

  • Define and develop product strategies, success metrics, and results.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, user experience designers, research, marketing, photographers, and customers to incorporate their feedback into the product definition process.
  • Connect the work of researchers to product opportunities and value propositions.
  • Work with teams across Adobe to solve real world problems you will have the satisfaction of seeing experiences through to final execution.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop messaging and channel strategies.
  • Partner with our PR, social, and influencer teams to make sure the benefits of the product are communicated clearly and on target with the audience.
  • Partner with Adobe Design and the content strategy teams to support in-product onboarding and our education strategy.
  • Partner with content strategists and external content creators to deliver a diverse and enriching set of educational materials.
  • Use analytics to constantly refine and improve strategy.
  • What you need to succeed

  • You are creative, with demonstrated experience delivering innovative solutions, and the ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems.
  • You are equal parts vision and execution and know when to build the long-term vision and when to execute on the immediate needs.
  • You are comfortable working within constraints but not afraid to reach for the stars.
  • You care deeply about photography; you want to improving how people express themselves with photographs and want to empower everyone to communicate better, visually.
  • You are focused on quality, with the desire to help ensure that Adobe’s products are perceived as the best in the world.
  • You understand the fundamentals of business and marketing and can drive multifaceted projects forward with cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years experience working to successfully design and ship software products.
  • Previous experience building in-app communities a plus.
