As a Business Analyst your main responsibility will be to provide metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions by management within the organization.
You will also be asked to participate in other activities, such as improvement projects, solutions testing, ad-hoc analytics and report optimization.
You will work alongside other business analysts. You will collaborate on multiple business meetings and projects to enable the customer care and sales organization (LAM & NA).
You will gain an in depth understanding of our business, that will support you improving reporting and analytics in accordance with our business needs.
You will provide support to Customer Care & Sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; building and publishing business facing performance reports (Cycle Time, TAT, Bookings Volume, Sales, Trade Backlog, SIOP, Inventory, ININ, Unclean Orders, Input & Output Quality, GPC data).
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent Communication : Bilingual English / Spanish. Ability to communicate on complex issues at all levels.
