Manages operations that provide customers with product informationand coordinate the resolution of customer service or account issues fordesignated product lines.

Manages the customer contact and documentprocessing required to maintain credit databases. Manages employeeperformance in providing credit services and ensures compliance with federaland state regulations while attaining business objectives.

Supervises theinvestigation process during a credit dispute ensuring compliance to federaland state regulations and departmental goals.

Supervisesoperations to update and maintain the consumer credit profile database. Produces reports and provides methods for user access to information in theresolution of consumer disputes.

Monitors and maintains databaseintegrity.

  • BA / BS or equivalentexperience.
  • 3-5 years supervisoryexperience.
  • Strong knowledge ofclient contracts and contract law.
  • Good knowledge offinance and accounting practices with strong knowledge in credit andcollections activities.
  • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Strong organizationaland work prioritization skills.
  • Strong leadershipskills.
  • Strong knowledge of callcenter operations.
  • Strong knowledge offederal and state regulations regarding credit reporting.
  • Strong knowledge ofcontrol principals and internal auditing methods and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of dataprocessing systems.
  • Strong problem solving andanalytical skills
