The Position

Customer Training Specialist


What We Need

We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist who will train product and industry best practices to Kareo customers following a pre-established training plan. You will partner with internal teams to ensure the customer is educated on the Kareo platform. 


Your Area of Focus

  • Responsible for facilitating product training via remote webinars to Kareo customers
  • Act as a Kareo subject matter expert and continuously delivers best practice education to end users during group and one-on-one training sessions
  • Assist team in maintaining department queues, working cases, and responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Support department initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectiveness. Perform various tasks as assigned by the Training Manager
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Salesforce for each customer and escalate all appropriate matters immediately to Training Manager
  • Provide meaningful feedback and thoughtful recommendations for product enhancements to improve the customer implementation process
  • Participate in team skills trainings to help maintain strong product knowledge and industry best practices
  • Maintain 95% Training CSAT


Your Professional Qualifications

  •  Advanced English (CEFR C1) communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Training Certifications preferred
  • Experience in software training and willingness to learn new systems, software and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of a physician’s office; including clinical, office workflow, appointment scheduling, medical insurance billing, and collections 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to write content and facilitate training 
  • Positive attitude that drives positive training and employee buy in
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain integrity and high level of professionalism
