The Business Analyst Supplier Management is an entry-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Responsibilities : + Define project objectives through research activities and document business requirements+ Participate in validation and testing activities+ Work as a team to accomplish objectives and perform other duties as assigned+ Assess applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures+ Conduct business analysis activities by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts+ Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical manner+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Develop relationships with users across the business (Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR) in order to successfully onboard all contractor roles within the designated BU in NAM.
  • Performs on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding activities for the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).+ Perform access provisioning for cleared non-employees & new hire employees for CMP new hire tech requirements.
  • Perform Workforce Tracking : Rate Analysis, location and contractor attrition reporting work across Digital organization, Citi Staffing office, Citi enterprise Supply Chain (ESC), and Finance Independent projects and assignments as needed in the broader Business Management team.
  • Maintenance of system data during non-employee life cycle.+ Investigate data.+ Understand and ensure compliance against Citi Policies regarding non-employee management.
  • Follow documented processes regarding non-employee management.+ Working as part of a team providing assistance to a wide spectrum of Senior Stakeholders.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries from clients and escalating as appropriate for resolution.+ Managing a high-volume workload of queries to resolution through emails, telephone calls and instant messaging tools.
  • Delivering / enhancing process improvements, automation, quality / controls around operational and team excellence.+ Ensuring all data quality issues are being taken care of as per the Data Quality program.
  • Partner with Staffing office to build SOW contracts into Citi's vendor management system and ensure their milestones amounts do not exceed the aggregate budgets.
  • Review total hours allotted on the contracts for any Time & Material resources and ensure record created does not exceed allotted hours / budget.
  • Participate in discussions around process improvement, procedure enhancement and offer suggestions for improvement. Qualifications : + Previous relevant experience preferred+ Knowledge of business systems and industry standards+ Proven interpersonal skills to develop working relationships+ Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication+ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines+ Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly+ Consistently approach work methodically with attention to detail+ Previous Financial Services / Banking / Onboarding / Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems.
  • Minimum 2 Years' experience of working in an admin or business office environment with the use of in-house computer systems.
  • Minimum 1 Year experience of Relationship management - including internal and external clients / stakeholders to demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office tools (at least Word, Excel, Outlook and instant messaging tool) to present data and / or create reports.
