The position to be filled develops SW / FW for the WiFi wireless (802.11) chip products with emphasis on hardware related control and configuration SW, The responsibilities MAC and PHY layer FW, and the testing environment SW.

Specific responsibilities include design, develop, unit test and documentation of Firmware for WLAN SoC. Bring up the Firmware and unit test the Firmware features in the new SoC.

Optimize the Firmware for maximum performance. Bug analysis / fixing of the issues during product verification on Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon platforms.

Desired Experience Level :

PhD + 0-3 years / MS + 2-6 years / BS + 4-8 years.

Physical Requirements

Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.

Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.

Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).

Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems

Work Experiences :

2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience
