We are Proximity a TenPearls Company, dedicated to provide specialized outsourcing technology services to clients in the USA and Canada. Our main operation is based in San Jose- Costa Rica, and we have a second delivery center in Lima, Peru. 

Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will focus intently on the overall engagement, satisfaction, and retention of our most distinguished customers while building and maintaining a positive client relationship. You will be responsible for delighting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction, solidifying their business, and promoting our custom software and mobile solutions. The Account Manager will be personable, empathetic, and energetic while balancing the needs of internal stakeholders, delivery managers, clients, and sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer experience using proactive communication
  • Engage with customer contacts including Director and C-Level executives to understand their needs and make recommendations based on customer goals
  • Manage client relationships for assigned accounts
  • Lead regular meetings with customers focused on account health and overall growth opportunities
  • Prepare documentation related to feedback and action items from customer meetings
  • Work with Delivery leaders on solving customer needs and customer engagements with a strong focus on account growth and development
  • Use internal tools to help support tracking of Delivery expansion and farming opportunities across all customers
  • Work with various accounts to ensure existing project work is renewed
  • Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customer leadership
  • Serve as key contact and escalation point for accounts without no Product Delivery Manager or Program Manager
  • Help support Delivery operations as needed ensuring successful adoption of processes, customer engagement and methodologies
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth transition of ongoing client management

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA or BS Degree
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in a services-type company highly desired
  • Ability to multi-task with the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous experience with consultative sales a plus
