The Procurement to Pay Global Process Leader is a newly created global leadership role within the GBS Financial Services.
This role is responsible for leading and driving end to end global process strategy, innovation and measurement of the Procure to Pay process.
This role will have global visibility of enterprise benchmark, transformation and operations overview, will be responsible for leading and driving Procurement to Pay (P2P) end to end process optimization and standardization with engaging operation teams and other stakeholders cross business.

This role will report to Procurement to Pay Global Process Owner and FS&C Dalian site lead.
The P2P Global Process Leader will be the key player to work with P2P Global Process Owner(GPO) on strategic level : designing the scope of services, developing service delivery model, evaluating the outsourced vendor, technology selection, building up the business case to justify the initiatives, with co-ownership of P2P financials compliance and quality objectives with operation teams.
This role will have responsibility on process governance : focus but not limit on driving end to end process standardization and optimization by means of digital solutions, delivery model changing or other initiatives.
Leading the benchmark with the enterprise First in Class and facilitating operation innovation.
Will need to facilitate P2P related policies and standard updating, reviewing, socializing and approving process with FS&C operations, Corp audit, Procurement functions, Controllership and all other stakeholders.
Lead benchmarking activities and continuous assessment of global process performance measures. Establish cross functional guidelines on global process standards
Work with operation team and functional expertise to design on performance measurement and reporting metrics, exploring the areas of uplifting the P2P shared service and add more value to business, set measurement metrics to drive performance improvement
As the SPOC of P2P, be responsible for working and communicating with all stakeholders cross process towers, sites, GBS and Pfizer overall business on company level initiatives or other necessary communications.
Be responsible for building up robust business partner relationship with stakeholders cross functions.
Centrally manage, track and report out business cases of technology, delivery model, standardization and optimization related initiatives.
Will be accountable for evaluating the technology, tools and platform for P2P end to end process, leading on execution, enabling the operation improvement by digital technology
The qualified candidates need to meet following qualifications :
BS Degree above or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain or other business related field is required, MBA is preferred, quality certification background with black belt / master black belt is a plus
Minimum 10 years experience required
With agile business acumen and professionalism, knowing business process, operation and organization well, can work effectively in a complex and dynamic business environment
With strong stakeholder management skill, can effectively engage with multiple stakeholders cross functions and layers to deliver business results, with proven credibility of partnership relationship management
With relevant work experiences on project or operation global or regional leadership, with proven ability to lead large scale cross sites projects successfully
A critical thinker, can prioritize multiple tasks in a changing business environment and get things done
