Job Description
The QA Engineer (QAE) is an experienced QA Analyst with a
technical background (i.e. programming skills). A QAE is
responsible for writing and controlling test plans, and helps in
complex manual, mobile and non-functional testing. The individual
in this position must be comfortable assisting test automation
tasks, such as writing automated scripts, running automated test
suites and preparing reports. Assistance to management in LOE
estimations may be required. Finally, the QAE must show
Qualifications
Software Engineering / Web Development degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with functional testing
Familiarity with test case execution
Familiarity with test case creation
English level B2 or higher
Skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Capable of working as a team player
Willingness to learn new technologies
Understanding offront-end web technologies(e.g.HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
Understanding ofback-end technologies (e.g. Java / .Net)
Familiarity with project and bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla,Quality Center)
Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g. SpiraTest, Testlink)
