The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Experience and Engagement organization to own the product management of these key fields Voice of the Customer, Journey Tracking, and Experience Personalization.

We are seeking an individual with strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of data analytics, business intelligence and developing high quality data products.

What you'll Do

As the Product Manager for Adobe’s XE Analytics Platform you will drive the product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of product and features development.

You will define the product roadmap while making sound tradeoff decisions on short-term and long-term features. Develop and drive data platform strategy for Voice of Customer, Customer Journey Tracking, and Customer Experience & Personalization.

  • Curate useful data. VOC data comes from a number of sources and at high volume. Technical proficiency for getting access to the data are vital.
  • Turn data into insights. Evaluate, process and analyze the data with a variety of tools to reveal the insights that they contain, both the frequencies of actions and analysis of text.
  • Turn those insights into an improved customer experience. Work with product teams to understand and make use of the insights to make life better for customers.
  • This will require providing self-service access to those data & insights (via dashboards) as well as deep-dives on specific topics.

    You will also have to work with a team of data scientists & engineers to ensure timely and impactful product releases. Develop a detailed understanding of customer behavior across all Customer Experience touchpoints (web, community, social, and customer care) and translate customer behavior to data, critical metrics and reports.

    Collaborate with CX Product team, Data Engineers, subject matter professionals, and decision-makers to develop data first models to accelerate data discovery, automate insights, and predict future outcomes

    Study and analyze competitive landscape, industry trends to drive clarity on the platform requirements and priority. Apply knowledge of ML, distributed systems, and data mining.

    What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of proven experience contributing to the improvement of successful digital products and services, with a portfolio demonstrating past work experience, results, and impact.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science / engineering / data science, MBA a plus
  • Prior experience in Product Management role, with applied experience in AI / Machine Learning software / platforms
  • Experience in design, implement, and analyze A / B experiments to provide impactful insights
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, Presto etc.
  • Expertise in data visualization, reporting with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, plotly
