What you will do

  • Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, strategic and management positions throughout the company in San José, CR.
  • Consult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positions
  • Assist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruiting.
  • Build a pipeline of candidate resources and work with management to support the growth of the company.
  • Update the organization’s ATS.
  • Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of employee's starting date.
  • Assist on new staff orientation and documentation update processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • What you should bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (required).
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Drive to get things done, consistently exceed minimum activity levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry.
  • High energy, positive attitude, team player personality.
  • Understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Advanced MS-Office user.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Languages :

  • English-Spanish Portuguese is a plus
