US PXP Lead DAM / Storage Librarian
Publicis is looking for an experienced DAM / Storage librarian to join the US team. The candidate will support a Group’s strategic digital transformation project, Project Core.
You will report to the Technology Lead for Project Core.
As a ProductionCloud Lead Storage Librarian, you will
Lead a team of storage librarians
Be the custodian and gatekeeper for the PXP DAM and Storage, the single repository for all marketing assets created by PXP
Act as a single point of contact and prioritize requests for support to the team
Support the PXP production teams in tagging, taxonomy, and upload of assets to DAM and storage
Ensure that all origination and adaptation assets are prepared according to the PXP naming taxonomy and tagged as required
Support the PXP production teams in searching for upload and download of assets as required
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with the taxonomy and tagging requirements
Qualifications
English Level B2+ or higher
6 years of experience in the software or production industry
Experience in communication / digital / production industry is not mandatory but would definitely be an added value
Interest in technology and processes, asset management
Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Requires listening, analysis, and teaching ability as well as the capacity to influence.
Easiness with online tools.
Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of the information. Dynamic and proactive
Good command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office
