Job Description

Rollout planning :

Plans the rollout timeline as trust / transition and responsible for the whole project progress

Prepares Rollout activities and resources from stakeholders

Participates, leads, triggers or coordinates all rollout activities, solves issues and differences, alignment meetings with stakeholders and involved parties

Creates a strategy for future rollouts

Sprint planning :

Prioritizes the developments for the sprint cycle

Coordinates with CI and the different stakeholders to ensure standardization and compliance of the future developments

Ensures the resource and knowledge of key users and CI for testing

Collaborates with key users & TAE to prepare test data (like invoice numbers, vendor numbers, cost centers, etc. for AWA, Gold and Diamond processes, upload approver tables or other functionalities) and prepare the system for testing

Training and support :

Delivers training or delegates this activity

First point of escalation for issues

Having proper knowledge on the tool and its functionalities to be able to showcase it, train, test and stay updated with the latest developments

Ensure standardization of the processes

Provide timely information to management

Reports and Audits :

Deliver trainings for all reporting topics

Work with CI to CIP the tool

Collaborate and support any audit to the system

Ensure compliance to local privacy laws / tax regulations

Qualifications

Professional graduated from Finance, Business administration or Accounting

Finance and or Accounting experience 8years+

Experience leading groups

Good verbal and written communication skills

Advanced English

Good presentation skills

SAP experience

Ticketing tools knowledge
