Senior Staff / Principal ASIC Design Engineer
As a senior member in our Wi-Fi Connectivity MAC design team, the candidate would be responsible for overseeing development of one of our major subsystems.
Duties include but not limited to architecture definition, design partitioning, low power optimization, design tradeoff analysis and providing implementation guidance to other team members as well as supporting critical customer issues.
Candidate will face challenging architecture and digital design work including IP integration into SOCs, and will play a key role in NXP Wi-Fi product development but will acquire working knowledge with latest fast growing Wi-Fi standards to become a Wi-Fi MAC expert.
The candidate will also learn interface to SW teams as well as Wi-Fi baseband IP.
Qualifications :
MSEE with 6 years of industrial ASIC digital design experience with working knowledge in following areas preferred :
Familiar with following common digital design tools :
