The Partner Programs Coordinator for Partner Sales Acceleration Team (PSAT) is a detail-oriented individual who is focused on delivering quality work and is highly organized.
Role Description : the PSAT Partner Programs Coordinator role is to execute on key Partner Central and communication efforts for the Partner GTM team.
The role also involves driving continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with the PSAT Partner GTM
Manage, post, remove, and ensure links work to assets on Partner Central & Vault
Post assets to Partner Central in logical manner, easy to find’, allowing partners a self serve mechanism to find assets to help build their practice relative to their role as sales or technical person
Draft & Submit communications to Partner & PBM Newsletters including Inside Edition, VPN Newsletter, Disti NewsletterPost to Social Media Blogs, LinkedIn, Partnerlink, etc.
Identify areas of improvement to Partner Central / Vault to better serve both partners and VMW teams
Communicate clearly, provide a process for GTM teams to leverage for accuracy and clarity of deliverables
Extremely organized and works with great attention to detail
Aims to achieve quick results with accuracy
Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat can-do attitude
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Office365 (Sharepoint)
2+ years’ experience in the high-tech industry (i.e. Cisco, SAP, Dell, IBM, HP, Citrix, Microsoft) with understanding of the channel landscape / business models highly preferred
