The Align Sales Effectiveness team is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Americas commercial sales teams in CA, LATAM, and US.
They will work with Special Markets Leadership and the Special Markets Operations team to support our external DSO partners.
He / She will be responsible for the organization of data and contracts for Special Markets participants, as well as key Sales Effectiveness initiatives.
In this role, you will
Oversee projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or other department members.
Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program / project on schedule and within budget constraints
Recommends, develops and implements improved processes to track trend and improve internal quality measurement within the department.
Research information to answer inquiries from internal and external clients and share learning with departmental peers and management.
Build communication content for new processes and programs, including change management priorities for sales, senior leadership, and operational audiences
Develop roll-out framework for new and existing processes and programs to key stakeholders depending on size and scope that is utilized in a repeatable manner across projects in the Americas
Apply analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from numerous sources to prepare and present reports
Seek out continual improvement opportunities in processes, strategy, and automation
Drive cross functional relationships with other business units outside of Sales Operations
Maintain integrity of existing contract lists, and updates of said lists through onboarding, transfer, and off-boarding of partners and affiliates
Coordinate the monthly Commercial Operations Review meeting and presentation with key stakeholders
Effectively collaborate with other business support teams like analytics, marketing, and finance on deliverables as needed
Provide daily ad-hoc requests with expedited delivery
Other project work as assigned
In this role, you’ll need

Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Desirable 2-3 years sales operations experience / 5+ years professional experience
Medical device experience preferred
