Role brief description
This role shall be responsible of analyze, check and promote best practices over preparation and formulation areas inside the plant in San José.
The person must be able of developing and execution of improvement projects following the PDCA methodology and finding the perfect execution and granting best standards and optimal operations.
Always following the company management system.
Specific functions and tasks.
1. This position will support improvements across the entire plant.
2. This professional will look for improvement opportunities and better operational practices using process analysis and mapping tools
3. The CI&S analyst develops and stablishes appropriate KPIs that assure the correct data collection and analysis. Also, will generate models for the evaluation of current results and operations.
4. As part of PDCA methodology, the collaborator must track savings and results of all actions developed.
5. The person will oversee the developing and execution of some CAPEX projects associated to cost improvement, ESG, efficiency and safety.
6. CI&S analyst will be involved in operational meetings and reports, due this, the analyst will perform appropriate analysis of daily KPIs and possible solutions.
7. Following the management system of the company, the CI&S analyst will conduct the 5S+1 program, including internal audits and actions to ensure the program effectiveness.
8. The CI&S analyst will develop operational standards that sustain any improvement or change in current conditions.
