Position Description

The person hired for the position of MAPA QA Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the QA needs in support of MAPA applications.

Strong Automation Background is Required

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Create and execute functional test plans.

Participate in test plan review.

Automate test scripts using Test Manager (in TFS) or Selenium for browsers, Mobile devices and iPads

Execute Automated Test Scripts

Aid in defect resolution thru troubleshooting

Participate in Scrum team activities / ceremonies.

Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of QA Testing Experience

Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of QA Testing Experience

High School diploma / GED and a minimum of 10 years of QA Testing Experience

5 years of experience in Mobile and Desktop Test Automation using Selenium

5 years of experience Java Experience

90 % Proficient in English (written and oral).

Excellent listening and communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience using M Craft Automation Framework

Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server)

Experience with Agile methodology and understanding of Scrum.

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite.

Experience participating in cross-functional and remote teams.

Strong organizational and communication skills, proven track record of strong project coordination / management success

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment

Fast learning and well developed analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated tolerance of ambiguity, self-motivation and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
