We are seeking a talented LATAM (Latin America) Large Format Market Manager to help us grow and transform the Large Format business to the next level.
Large Format LAR Market Manager is responsible for driving sales within Latin America region. This position will manage a team of experts throughout the region with a focus on driving sales with established partners and customers directly.
Lead the achievement of Large Format targets in the LATAM including every sales motion and segment (direct and indirect).
Work with the Category team to enable channel partners and channel sales with training, tools, and processes to make them successful in selling standard and custom contractual services.
Strategic sales planning & implementation orchestrates the development of strategic sales plans to advance market share and profitable growth.
Balances short term with long term planning and resource investment.
Sales coverage builds targeted channel plans and strategies for allocating resources.
Pipeline management builds, monitors, and orchestrates sales pipelines.
Leading & Managing Salespeople - Coaching & Performance Management, modeling effective sales skills and people development.
Partner with non-Large Format sales teams to maximize Large Format growth in all the markets and customer segments.
Drive the Large Format Go to Market Transformation in LATAM.
Education and Experience Required :
University or bachelor’s degree.
Typically, 7+ years’ experience in sales.
Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.
Experience in IT industry and in commercial segment preferred.
Experience in channel Management
Knowledge and Skills :
Ability to create and follow the sales plan that will meet the needs of the markets and drive business growth.
Confidence in interacting with all levels of the market commercial organization (Sales Managers, Category Managers, Marketing and GBU (Global Business Unit)
Proven ability to drive strategic plans and change in the market.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work effectively within a team, yet have the ability to take initiative and work effectively on your own.
Financial planning and modeling skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers / partners.
Leadership skills and cross functional expertise.
Bilingual : English and Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
