This position will be accountable for the execution of master data management processes (e.g. for customer, vendor, address book, material, and finance) within their region ensuring service levels are met while adhering to relevant data standards (e.
g. enabling enterprise process strategies, functional or transactional requirements, and local regulatory / legal requirements).
This position will work closely with Enterprise Data Steward(s) Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), and other operations teams within CBS.
The Master Data Supervisor position will have direct accountability for the various master data activities that occur within Region.
This role will be also responsible for the migration and deployment work within its Region. This position will be accountable for the Service Delivery of Master Data Creation, Maintenance and Deactivation on the Material, Vendor, Customer and Finance Master Data Objects.
This position will also be accountable for the Service Delivery of the Vendor Verification (PCP) processes. This may be delivered by a CBS Delivery Center or a Business Process Outsourcer for the Region.
This position will be accountable for the Master Data migrations and projects for the region. The MDM Project Integration Lead for the region will report into this position, the role is a Projects and Solution designer for any captive processes that will be migrated to CBS MDM Service Delivery Management, wheather to a CBS Delivery Center or a BPO operation.
Other projects may be Deployments, Adquisitions, Joint Ventures or any project that may represent major changes to the existing processes.
Principal Accountabilities Relationship and Service Management
Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met in accordance with business needs and expectations.
Ensure relevant data standards are met in conjunction with the Enterprise Data Stewards.
Drive continuous improvements in the master data management and vendor verification processes exploring people, process, and technologies solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key business process outsourcers.
Collaborate with E2E services across the Region providing alignment on processes that rely on master data services
Implement, execute, and manage the work intake of new master data management activities.
Completing service reviews with service stakeholders in the BUs we serve, opening tickets with Global IT whenever there are system-
related issues, acting as a liaison between BU’s and functions or departments.
Project Execution and Value Realization
Assist with monitoring, compliance and execution as it relates to master data set-up and verification activities.
Subject matter expertise in identified master data domains (e.g. customer, vendor, material, finance).
Lead the design and improvement of processes for executing complex, cross-department data maintenance requests.
Analyze and execute requests from the Business Units to perform master data creations, updates, deletions and vendor verification accurately while adhering to data standards and understanding the impact across the organization.
If requests do not align to data standards, provide detailed information to the business with rationale for not proceeding with the core master data transaction and evaluate and recommend alternatives.
Comply with and champion enterprise data policies for assigned data domains; ensuring documentation of internal processes, procedures, tools are maintained accurately.
Manage risk and controls related to Address Book compliance to Cargill policies (ex. Payment Control Policy).
Act as an escalation point for MDM Operation Supervisors and Project Integration leads on complex scenarios.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Accountable for the excecution of the Master data requests in JDE, SAP and other secondary systems such as NIS, SOVI, FTS, etc.
in material, vendor, customer and Finance Master Data for countries in region.
Leading the completion the PCP Verification and PCP Approval roles for the region in the vendor verification domain, including the phone verification of data before its setup or maintenance in the system(s).
Servicing requests for repetitive payment bank template setup, deletion, and modification.
Providing data maintenance support for projects. Providing support for CSSP, AP, etc. including month-end closing activities involving master data verification, setup or modification.
Accountable for UAT for system upgrades and changes.
Servicing requests for information, including reporting, answering questions, checking data in the system, completing validations to ensure data integrity, among others.
Participating in new process migrations that are led by the Project Integration Lead. Participating in audits, training, documenting procedures, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting or Finance
Minimum 7 years of IT or accounting / finance experience

Fluent in English C1
ERP experience, specifically Oracle Oneworld, World Enterprise ERP, or SAP

Proven experience with Unix and Microsoft server environments, database, and general networking fundamentals
