The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and provide influential insights.

This Finance Lead will report to the Director, GTM Finance. You will play a meaningful role in providing insights into the Americas business and offer recommendations to drive growth in the business.

This role will partner closely with Americas' Sales Leadership and will have the ability to influence senior executive level decisions, inspire change, and challenge the status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth.

What you'll Do

  • Develop / present analysis and recommendations based on insights to your business partners and leadership.
  • Build financial models / business cases and run scenario analysis to drive short-term and long-term bookings, expense and headcount forecasts.
  • Collaborate with your business partners on deal structure and profitability, driving revenue and long-term customer retention.
  • Analyze your business partner’s business, using data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Lead discussion about budget prioritization and develop models to accurately project and improve headcount and expense.
  • Understand and communicate quarterly plan variances through effective story telling.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Experience in SaaS industry and Sales Finance experience understanding of related finance and accounting issues
  • High skills for cross-functional work
  • Positive demeanor, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and framing decisions with data
  • Outstanding communication skills and business partnership skills
  • Must understand key business drivers, ability to communicate financial implications / business impact and provide recommendations
  • High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills are critical, and experience in SFDC, Power BI and Anaplan are preferred. Tableau, SAP, TM1 and PowerPoint are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience required. GTM or sales finance experience preferred.

    Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $111,700 - $145,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
