Do you enjoy working in a collaborative, technical environment, and enjoy working with numbers? Adobe is seeking an Analyst to join the Office of the CIO Team! We are the organization that enables Adobe Technologies Services (ATS) to be run as a business.

This role contributes to ATS' Strategic goals to enable the organization by applying financial and resource data to deliver insights for the leadership team.

The position will partner with cross-functional teams across multiple Adobe organizations, services and Geographic regions.

Your technical finance expertise, modeling in excel as well as soft skills for effective partnership with senior leaders across matrixed and global teams.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • All aspects of Budget Management; Annual Planning - budgeting, Capex, Opex, depreciation, CIP, ROI, & Financial Models.
  • Resource Management
  • Financial modeling, Scenario Planning; Deep insights to provide sound recommendations.
  • Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
  • Reporting and Dashboarding
  • This role requires deep understanding of and ability to assess gaps, issues; your ability to analyze options and work towards resolution that best fit the situation.

    Key success factors :

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results
  • Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail
  • Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity
  • Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years of practical work experience
  • Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis
  • Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences
  • Nice to have : Reporting and experience such as Tableau or PowerBI
