This position will report to the Director, Strategy, Planning and Operations in the DX Marketing organization. As Sr. Manager, Business Ops & Communications you will develop and continually refine our internal communications and operating mechanisms.
You will be charged with building and rolling out centralized systems for sharing information within the team, with the goal of facilitating cross-team collaboration and alignment.
Our vision is to inspire, inform, and engage the DXM organization using creative, digital-first and data-driven strategies.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with the extended team to deliver predictable and scalable operational and communications initiatives.
Manage and continue to evolve the process for distributing communications, such as monthly or quarterly newsletters, and other one-time communications.
Partner with the DXM leadership team to develop and distribute a Quarterly DXM Newsletter.
Develop and bring to life creative strategies for cross-team communications, using our tools (Sharepoint, Slack, Workfront, etc.
to empower connectivity.
Build, roll-out and maintain centralized system for storing documents across DXM.
Develop system for storing and sharing organizational data to facilitate cross-team collaboration (such as org charts, brief overviews of each team).
Partner with HR and develop feedback mechanisms to understand the biggest problems impacting the team and build and drive initiatives to address gaps.
Develop DX Marketing on-boarding process and tools to ensure a consistent, engaging, and effective on-boarding experience for new team members.
Partner with business operations teams across the company to align processes and put in place best in class methodologies
What you need to succeed
BA / BS in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience; some corporate and / or tech industry experience ideal
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, communications, or related field(s)
You are a self-starter and strategic problem solver who acts with a sense of urgency and delivers on-time results
You have a strong process-oriented approach; ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
Superior written and verbal communication skills, ranging from distilling complex topics and translating them to short, attention-grabbing messages, to creating purposeful calls-to-action, to drafting executive talking points and more.
Strong empathy : the ability to listen carefully, be sensitive to different audience perspectives and different ways people take in information, and be inclusive in all communications
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
Strong problem- solving and influencing skills
Creative approach in clearing obstacles; Innovation around solutions; perseverance to fast-fail and see it through success
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $104,000 - $135,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
