To develop operational objectives by studying business functions to centralize services to make tasks and the working environment more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares statistical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending actions
  • To develop operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • To associate and involve his / her-self with the various departments at the same time.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team.
  • Create / Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  • Develop relationships with the necessary external sources to acquire services for the completion of projects.
  • Provide knowledge to quality supervisor and quality agent to develop the projects.
  • To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his / her immediate superior.
  • Job Requirements

  • Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85%)
  • Student or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, statistical or similar. At least 3rd year University completed. (must)
  • MS Excel : Advanced (must)
  • Previous experience in analysis areas (must)
  • Previous experience in development of numerical experiments, development modeling of statistical metrics, and system automation. (must)
  • Knowledge in forecasting modeling. (must)
  • Knowledge in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Visual Basic (preferred)
  • Data acquisition for support and analysis in customer satisfaction data. (preferred)
  • Services experience. (preferred)
  • Documentation and reporting knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience organizing training to a small group.
  • Experience organizing 1 hour or longer hours presentation.
  • Development of quality systems for recollection, analysis, and decision making.
  • Manufacturing Production Planning.
  • Should be able to work with internal and external service providers.
  • Experience working under high pressure and aggressive timelines.
  • Must be a visionary and forward thinker, a person that is always thinking outside the box.
