Description The job purpose is fortier 3 support of Emerson Process Management Business Applications usersglobally during the regular North America working day.
Working in conjunctionwith offshore resources also on a US shift to identify and resolve issuesraised to the Application Support Group.
Occasionaltravel to supported sites may benecessary.
This position will beresponsible for carrying out Productionsupport for the Global Oracle ERP Instance for Emerson Process Management.
Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, Problemresolution and Communication .

Provide guidance in data preparationandmigration
Provide support for configuration andapplication of multiple functional modules

BS / BADegree
3-5 years experience with OracleERP, at least 3+ years experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite in a Technicalenvironment.
3+ years experience in systemsanalysis
3+ years of technical experience with OracleApplications R12-implementations
Implementation experience anddetailed understanding of the following Oracle tools in connection with OracleRelease R12 : : SQL, PUSQL, D2K, Discoverer, Workflow, Jet Forms, Toad, UNIX Shell Scripts, JVMs, Java,PVCS and Kintana, XMLPublisher
Working knowledge of Oracleconfigurations / setups for R12 E-Business Suite : functional module setups,profile options, flex-fields, functional moduleinterfaces.
Understanding of, and experience with SQL tuning inOracle R12
